Bun bo Hue

I love noodles and Bun bo Hue is one of my favorite. The picture makes me craving this time.Yummy!!:D.

I had the opportunity to taste this when I went to Vietnam last April 2008 for a summer vacation with my family. It is very good,the beef is soft like a jelly,the broth was so tasty for it is prepared by cooking the beef bones for a long time,the veggies were very crunchy,and the spices you are going to put when it is served will also make it taste good,plus the moment you're going to eat with chopsticks and a big spoon wow..everything is perfect! .. can't stop my self craving. I used to eat noodles often times when I was there,I've tasted many varieties of noodles but this one is the best for me.Before it only costs 20,000 Dong (60 pesos) per bowl,super affordable for a noodle addict. If I would go to Vietnam again I will order a couple or even more than a couple of Bun bo Hue then eat it like a monster..lmao!:D. If you are a noodle addict you should try this one and I guarantee you,this will belong to your list of favorites.hehe..:D.
