Bloated
Since vacation has come, all i do is eat..rest..eat..sleep..eat..surf the net..then eat again. and now I feel bloated. I don't have any activity to lessen my weight. All I do is adding fat to my body, I don't sweat. So I'm going to try a regular exercise to start losing weight, I will also lessen my food intake though it's quite hard.
I researched some info that can help me and I hope it will work. I'm gonna start this as soon as possible. I feel conscious about my body weight. I don't want to look fat nor chubby. My pants already fits my legs and it sucks. hehe
I will do jogging at the nearest park, early in the morning. Drink plenty of water, food diet!.
If you have suggestions that will help me to lose my weight, feel free to write it.
